The show that took everyone by surprise with it's mystery, sci-fi theories, and action/drama in 2009 could possible come back with another season this year.
The show ended with a final blackout that gave everyone another worldwide vision of the future. During the final scene there was a flash of random events along with the main characters in the future. We saw Charlie all grown up as she seem to be telling someone "they found him" which I can assume is the father that she's relating too.
If you look closer during the flashes of the future, you can see a glimpse of a poster that clearly says "Happy New Year 2015".
During the first Flash Forward blackout, the whole world was able to see a couple months into the future, but from the looks of the final episode we see that everyone seems to be seeing things much further ahead.
So why 2015?
The year 2015 is very odd if you think about it...
They have easily used 2012 which would have grabbed the audience because of the whole end of the world Mayan theory, or 2016 as its a more plausible year.
I believe they've planned this all along and given us the exact year for its return.
I say we should revive the "SaveFlashForward" petition and make this year "the year of the future".
